- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆My daughter took her dress into get a zip replaced, easy enough job as this is part of what this shop does, as she was at work i picked it up for her, job well done but customer service BAD!!! the assistant said how hard it had been to get a white zip they tried all over, so i said well i hope this zip lasts, the reply was well if she wants the zip replacing again tell her to buy her own zip first before coming here....... Not a cat in hells chance of me going back and giving them £18 to put a zip in.. yes with an attitude like the customers are going to be rolling in.
